Important Instructions

The school does not encourage private tuition from its teaching staff. Parents and students are requested not to approach school teachers for private tuition. Any independent arrangement will remain outside the school's academic framework.

Students are expected to remain in school until the scheduled dispersal time. Early departure will generally require a genuine reason and prior authorization from the school administration.

Parents should promptly inform the school of changes to their address, mobile number, emergency contact or other important details. Accurate information helps the school reach parents when needed.

Please label school bags, books, water bottles, lunch boxes, uniforms and other belongings with the student's name, class and scholar number wherever applicable.

Leave should be requested in advance through an application signed by the parent or guardian. Extended or unsanctioned absence may affect academic progress and may be subject to school rules.

Students should not park personal vehicles on the school premises unless specifically authorized. Parents may arrange drop-off and pick-up or use the school transportation facility where available.

Parents are encouraged to review their child's academic progress and school communications regularly. Where required, please sign and return progress reports, circulars and consent forms on time.

Parents or authorized guardians should arrange to collect their children within 20 minutes of the scheduled school closing time. In case of an unavoidable delay, please inform the school office.

Students are expected to treat teachers, staff and fellow students with respect and behave responsibly. Serious or repeated violations may result in disciplinary action according to school policies.

Mobile phones, smart devices and other electronic equipment should not be brought to or used on campus unless permitted by the school. Parents are encouraged to guide children towards safe and responsible use of technology.

Parents should keep the school informed about important medical, allergy, health or emergency information relevant to their child's wellbeing. Emergency contacts should remain current.

Students should arrive on time with the required books, stationery, school ID, prescribed uniform and learning materials needed for the day's activities.
