Code of Conduct

K.R. Memorial Academy is committed to maintaining a disciplined, respectful, and safe environment for all students. The following Code of Conduct outlines the expectations and responsibilities of every student enrolled at our school.

Rules & Regulations

Board Examination Eligibility

No student will be allowed to sit for the Annual Board Examination unless all fees have been paid up to date. As per the applicable CBSE directives, students of Classes VI to XII need to maintain at least 75% attendance in a given academic year to be considered eligible for the Annual/Board Examination.

Withdrawal Policy

One month's notice or payment of one quarter's fee is required prior to the withdrawal of a pupil. No Transfer Certificate will be issued until all dues to the school have been paid in full.

Fee During Absence

No reduction will be made in tuition fees or conveyance charges for periods of absence or vacation.

Regular Attendance

All students must attend school regularly and punctually. Continuous absence for a month or more without permission may make a student liable to be dropped from the rolls.

Safety & Welfare

Every reasonable endeavour will be made to ensure the safety and welfare of the children. However, the school shall not be held responsible for claims arising out of physical injuries due to accidents or other grounds, subject to applicable law and school policies.

School Uniform

School uniform is compulsory. Parents are requested to ensure that their children come to school neat, clean and properly dressed in the prescribed uniform.

Valuable Articles

Students are not permitted to bring costly or valuable articles to school. Parents are advised to avoid sending valuables with their children.

Educational Tours

Students are expected to participate in educational tours organized by the school for their respective classes. Such educational visits form part of the school's learning and enrichment activities.

Birthday Celebration

Students may wear fancy dress on their birthday, subject to school guidelines. Students may distribute only sweets to their classmates.

Sports Participation

Participation in sports and physical activities organized by the school is an important part of student development and is expected of every child, subject to appropriate medical or other legitimate considerations.

Principal Consultation

If parents feel that their child is not making the desired academic or overall progress, they may contact the Principal during the designated visiting hours with a prior appointment.

Student Responsibility

Building a Positive School Community

Every student is expected to contribute towards a positive school environment by showing respect to teachers, staff, classmates and school property, while maintaining discipline and following the school's rules and regulations.
